Time to Finish the 18th Hole Pledge
|
The 18th hole at The Rawls Course is permanently named the “Phi Gamma Delta Hole.” Those who have played there have seen the attractive marker on the tee box. That designation is a result of a commitment by the chapter to raise $50,000 toward the construction of the course. The donations are payable to The Texas Tech Foundation and are tax-deductible.  The chapter and five years to raise money, and 2006 marks the fifth year. To date, the brothers have raised $40,563.47, leaving us only $9,436.53 to reach our goal. If you have not contributed toward this project, please consider sending in your money now. If you have previously contributed, but would like to help further in reaching our goal, please contribute again. Checks should be made payable to “The Texas Tech Foundation,” and mailed to George Nelson at 1501 Avenue K, Lubbock, Texas 79401. He will post your name as a contributor and forward the money to the foundation.
